Overview
Witch Hunter Raids is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set in the Farcorners district of Novigrad. It becomes available after Pyres of Novigrad and disappears once Now or Never is completed.
The raid
A pair of witch hunters pound on a door and make no secret of why they are there: to arrest and kill the mage Remi Villeroy. They break in and seize him in front of his wife and their adopted son.
The choice
Geralt can ignore it, or follow the hunters inside. If he hesitates, one of the hunters insults him, which gives him one last chance to act. If he still does nothing, the hunters drag the adults away and Remi is killed.
If Geralt stands up for the family, Remi joins the fight, though he barely does any damage. Once the hunters are dead, Remi thanks Geralt with a few runestones.
