Overview
Yustianna Disturbed is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set in Yustianna’s Grotto in northern Ard Skellig, in the Skellige Isles.
What happens
Inside the cave, take the right-hand path and you will overhear bandits in a central chamber. (The left path with the Eye of Nehaleni skips the conversation.) One of them threatens Geralt. He can pay 150 crowns, use Axii, or attack. Paying or Axii sends Geralt back to the cave entrance, but the bandits turn hostile if he returns, so to explore the chamber you have to kill all four.
Loot
It is worth the fight. The central chamber has plenty of chests, several with random relic items and diagrams, and the highwaymen’s journal. With the Eye of Nehaleni you can open another hidden part of the cave with a few more crates.
