Alpha Garkain

The alpha garkain is a stronger version of the garkain, a lesser vampire that hunts in packs. Geralt faces one in the main quest Blood Simple in Blood and Wine.

Combat strategy

Drink Black Blood and use Vampire oil. Moon Dust stops it from turning invisible and Samum stuns it. Kill the smaller garkains first so the alpha cannot use them as a shield.
