Overview
The Sword, Famine and Perfidy is a treasure hunt in Hearts of Stone. It is handy to do during Evil’s Soft First Touches, since the Ofieri ship washes up close by. The starting point is a hut far east of Crane Cape, north of Novigrad.
What happens
The hut is surrounded by drowners and drowned dead. Inside lies a body with a soiled letter, and barrels block a hatch. Below is a second body with a letter written in blood and a rusted key. The letter gives the location of a sunken ship.
Take the boat on the beach to the larger of the two islands to the southwest, dive down past a couple of drowners, and open the chest in the wreck. It holds a Greater Stribog runestone and some florens. Search the two islands too, since nothing else will bring you back here.
