Overview
Brave Fools Die Young is a small secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set at the Grymmdjarr Monument on the road between Fayrlund and Fyresdal on Ard Skellig, in the Skellige Isles. If you ride away after spotting it, it is gone, and it never appears in the journal.
What happens
Petter and Ulf wanted to light a fire on the shoulders of the great stone statue. Petter climbed up and managed it, but the blaze was fiercer than he expected. He fell and broke his leg. Geralt can give him some celandine to dull the pain, or leave the two to sort it out themselves.
The XP is fixed and does not scale with level or difficulty.
