Toussaint Prison stands on Crane Isle in the Sansretour River, southwest of Flovive in Sansretour Marsh, and is heavily guarded by the Ducal Guard. The complex was first built as a leper colony during an epidemic, and after its last inhabitants died it was turned into the duchy’s prison.

In Blood and Wine the prison is the target of a jailbreak in the main quest Burlap is the New Stripe, and it also appears in The Perks of Being a Jailbird and Applied Escapology.
