The Monster of Tufo is a particularly strong shaelmaar that has been terrorizing the Tufo vineyard in Toussaint. Geralt hunts it in the contract Contract: The Tufo Monster in Blood and Wine.

Combat strategy

Like all shaelmaars it is blind and hunts by sound. Throw Samum and use Aard to stun it, apply Relict oil, and dodge sideways when it rolls up into a ball and charges.
