Junior’s casino is one of the three places tied to Whoreson Junior in the main quest Get Junior, and it stands just east of St. Gregory’s Bridge in Novigrad. A bouncer guards the door and wants a bribe of two hundred crowns, unless Geralt has the third level of the Axii sign and can talk his way in.

Once inside, Geralt can take the quiet route and win three rounds of Gwent without dropping Junior’s name or picking a fight, which earns him an invitation to a VIP game that is really an ambush. Or he can go in with Cleaver’s men and storm the place. Either way, it is also where Dudu is held, and rescuing him leads to the secondary quest Honor Among Thieves and a reward from the King of Beggars.
