Sigi Reuven’s bathhouse lies below the streets of central Novigrad, just north of Hierarch Square and close to St. Gregory’s Bridge. To the public it is a respectable establishment with steam, hot water and towels. To those in the know, it is the base of Sigismund Dijkstra, the former head of Redania’s secret service, who runs it under the name Sigi Reuven and uses it to keep an eye on the whole city.

Visitors are asked to leave their clothes and weapons in a dressing room, and they are led by the doorman, Happen the eunuch, into the private baths at the back. In the main quest Get Junior, Geralt finds Dijkstra there with two other members of the Big Four, the King of Beggars and Cleaver, discussing Whoreson Junior. The meeting is interrupted when Junior’s henchmen storm in, and Geralt has to fight them in a towel with a mace. Afterwards, Dijkstra opens a hidden passage and sets Geralt on the trail of a treasure heist in Count Reuven’s Treasure.

It is one of Novigrad’s most important story locations, and a good place to see how little the city’s power runs on the Church.
