Olgierd’s Estate, historically known as the Von Everec Manor, is a grand but dark noble residence located in the isolated plains northeast of Novigrad. Serving as the primary central hub for the Hearts of Stone storyline, the estate features classical Redanian stone villas, expansive family crypts, and overgrown gardens. The manor is shrouded in a tragic, supernatural aura, heavily haunted by a terrifying wraith trapped in a painting and guarded by the faceless entity known as the Caretaker.
