She also paid a fortune for the Heart of Toussaint, a royal heirloom lost when Princess Sylvia Anna was exiled. She is an old friend of Regis and knows Dettlaff as well.
Behind the charm she is a bruxa, and her charity hides a darker purpose. Geralt and Anna Henrietta attend one of her parties in disguise during Blood and Wine, and Orianna later gives Geralt a key that opens the lair of the Unseen Elder.
