Marlene de Trastamara
Marlene de Trastamara is the daughter of a Toussaint baron, who loved throwing parties at the family estate. One evening a beggar came to her door with a bowl and a spoon, asking for the traditional meal. Marlene refused, saying she would rather feed the dogs. The beggar, strongly implied to be Gaunter O’Dimm, cursed her and broke his spoon. Over time the curse turned her into a spotted wight, and her family fled to Kovir, leaving her behind in the Trastamara Estate Ruins.
Geralt meets her in La Cage au Fou and can lift the curse. In The Hunger Game, Marlene, human again, can come to live at Corvo Bianco and tells Geralt about her old dowry.
