The Champs-Désolés

The Champs-Désolés is the far eastern region of Toussaint, beyond Sansretour Marsh. As the name suggests, it is the duchy’s bleakest corner: rocky plains, abandoned estates and ruined forts. Its most recognizable landmark, Delenfer Pass, can be seen from most of Toussaint.

Notable places include Ardaiso Quarry, Basane Farm, the abandoned Casteldaccia estate, Fort Ussar Ruins, Freinte Docks, Mont Crane Castle and its cemetery. The contract Bovine Blues and several treasure hunts take Geralt out here.
