Overview

Filibert Always Pays His Debts is a Blood and Wine treasure hunt at the abandoned Casteldaccia estate in the Champs-Désolés, just east of the signpost.

Walkthrough

Entering the courtyard summons a ghostly knight. He fights much like Gregoire de Gorgon from the tournament in The Warble of a Smitten Knight, but as a specter he is vulnerable to the silver sword and specter oil. Afterward, read the note on the corpse glowing red. The stash is in the northern house: climb the ladder inside, find a candle holder with Witcher Senses and use it to open a secret compartment holding the chest. A journal inside tells the ghostly knight’s story.

Walkthrough

  1. Enter the Casteldaccia estate courtyard and defeat the ghostly knight.
  2. Read the note on the red-glowing corpse.
  3. Climb the ladder in the northern house and use the candle holder.
  4. Open the chest in the secret compartment.
