Coin Doesn’t Stink is a Blood and Wine treasure hunt in Sansretour Valley, usually found during Wine Wars: Coronata.
Walkthrough
At the Pittapatte River Crossing, north-northwest of the Dun Tynne crossroads, deal with the rock trolls and search the dead man nearby for a letter and a key. The letter points to a spot at Coronata. There, in the southern part of the search area, a half-buried chest lies in a manure pile; Geralt will comment on the smell when he is close. Open it to finish the quest.
