Cynthia is a strength 4 Ranged Combat unit in the Nilfgaardian Empire deck. She has no ability, so she is mainly there to add points and fill out your unit count. Its main threat is Impenetrable Fog, which drops every non-hero Ranged Combat unit to 1 strength until Clear Weather is played. Every deck needs at least 22 unit cards, so useful units like this one are always welcome when you build.
You can buy her from the quartermaster in Crow’s Perch, Velen.
