Nekker is a 2-strength Close Combat unit with Muster. Play one and the other Nekkers in your deck come out with it, giving you a quick spread of points. You draw just 10 cards at the start of a match and don’t get new ones between rounds, so Muster is a good way to put extra cards on the board without spending your hand.
There are 3 copies. One is sold by the innkeep in Harviken in Skellige, one is a random reward, and one is linked to a character named Hammond, though the details of that source are unverified. It’s part of Collect ‘Em All.
