Overview
Master Master Master Master! is a Blood and Wine secondary quest given by Lazare Lafargue, a grandmaster smith with a workshop in Beauclair. He is one of the few craftsmen able to forge the grandmaster versions of the witcher school gear, and he asks Geralt to bring him the diagrams.
The five schools
Ask Lazare about each of the five schools to unlock its scavenger hunt:
- Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear
- Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Griffin Gear
- Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Manticore Gear
- Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Ursine Gear
- Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear
Completing just one of them is enough to return to Lazare and finish this quest. The others can be done afterward.
Crafting costs
Grandmaster gear is expensive. Apart from the Manticore set, each set calls for infused slyzard hides and enriched dimeritium plates and ingots, and buying all of that outright costs tens of thousands of crowns. Crafting the materials yourself cuts the cost a great deal: infused slyzard hide is made from cured draconid leather and infused crystal, and enriched dimeritium ore from dimeritium ore, orichalcum ore and acid extract. The quest Knight for Hire is a good way to earn back the money.
