Ursine Steel Sword
The Ursine Steel Sword is the basic steel blade of the Bear School gear. Like every steel sword it is meant for humans, nonhumans and beasts, and its bonuses suit a sturdy build that trades blows and lands heavy critical hits.
It is the first step in the Ursine steel sword line: the enhanced version is crafted from it, and the line ends with the Grandmaster Ursine Steel Sword in Blood and Wine.
Pair it with the Ursine Armor from the same tier, and with the Ursine Silver Sword for the other half of a witcher’s kit.
How to obtain
Crafted by a journeyman blacksmith once you have the diagram. It requires character level 20.
