Compared with the Ursine Steel Sword base damage rises from 184-224 to 220-268, and it gains an upgrade slot. The next step is the superior version, which needs this one as a component.
Pair it with the Enhanced Ursine Armor from the same tier, and with the Enhanced Ursine Silver Sword for the other half of a witcher’s kit.
How to obtain
Crafted by a journeyman blacksmith once you have the enhanced Ursine steel sword diagram. The recipe consumes the Ursine Steel Sword, so craft it first. Requires character level 25.
