Viper Venomous Silver Sword
The Viper Venomous Silver Sword is the high-level silver blade of the Viper School gear from the Hearts of Stone expansion. Its bonuses match the steel version: +25% Aard Sign intensity, +75% critical hit damage and a 15% chance to poison.
Unlike the rest of the set it has no diagram you can find in normal play. The only way to get it is during Whatsoever a Man Soweth…, if Geralt challenges Gaunter O’Dimm: the finished sword sticks out of a stone in Gaunter’s world.
Its partner is the Viper Venomous Steel Sword, and it replaces the early Viper Silver Sword. The matching armor arrived in the same expansion: Viper Armor, gauntlets, trousers and boots.
How to obtain
Found, not crafted, in normal play: the sword waits in Gaunter’s world during Whatsoever a Man Soweth… if Geralt takes up Gaunter O’Dimm‘s challenge. The game files list a master blacksmith recipe, but no diagram can be obtained without console commands.
