Haern Caduch is a remote, ice-shrouded mountain fortress hidden deep within the treacherous peaks of the Amell Mountains. Serving as the historic headquarters and training grounds for the Witcher School of the Bear, the keep was built from massive, unyielding stone blocks designed to withstand both brutal winter blizzards and siege engines. The school was abandoned after local human populations revolted, turning the grand mountain fortress into a frozen, monster-infested tomb containing ancient heavy-armor crafting diagrams.
