Overview
Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Manticore Gear is a Blood and Wine treasure hunt unlocked in Master Master Master Master!. It follows the footsteps of Merten, a witcher who went on a pilgrimage in the path of the Prophet Lebioda.
Bastoy Prison ruins
At the Bastoy Prison Ruins, south of the Fort Astre ruins, beware of the alp from The Toussaint Prison Experiment. Climb the tower in the northeast and check a loose brick near the entrance for the steel sword diagram and a prisoner’s journal.
Lebioda’s cave
A cave southeast of Gélenser Farm, usually guarded by a panther, is covered in prayer notes. On the far wall is Merten’s prayer, with the armor diagram.
Lebioda’s temple
In the temple near the Prophet Lebioda statue, use Aard on the far wall to reveal a hidden room, where the Great Beggar’s ghost attacks. His bones start The Words of the Prophets Are Written on Sarcophagi. A small container on a table near the stairs holds the trousers and boots diagrams.
Murky Delve
This cave, south of the Palace Gardens, is a trial full of hallucinations:
- A purple mist makes Geralt see two young women, who are really bruxae. Keep left to avoid them.
- Give each of the five beggars 10 crowns. Walk past them and an archespore attacks instead.
- Help the townsman under attack by kikimores rather than going for the treasure pile, which is a lie.
Break through the blocked passage with Aard. A vision of Lebioda in prayer rises and fades, leaving a container with the silver sword diagram.
Lake of Cleansing
At the lake northeast of Basane Farm, bandits guard a pier. Out in the middle of the lake, Witcher Senses reveal the last cache: the gauntlets diagram and Merten’s final letter.
