Otto Bamber is a halfling herbalist who lives in a hut outside Oxenfurt. He sells a wide range of alchemy formulae and ingredients, including rotfiend blood and nekker warrior liver, which are otherwise only found on monsters. He also plays gwent with a Scoia’tael deck.

Ewald Borsodi and his crew use a hidden cellar under Bamber’s hut as their base while they plan the heist on the Borsody auction house in Open Sesame!. In Open Sesame: Witcher Seasonings, Geralt has to protect him from the Fallen Knights.
In Without a Trace, Bamber’s apprentice Folkert disappears on a trip to Deadwight Wood to gather han fiber, and the halfling posts a notice in Brunwich asking for help. The trail leads Geralt to a grim discovery. He also appears in Practicum in Advanced Alchemy.
