Unlike most leaders, this one is passive. While it’s in play it doubles the strength of every Spy card on the board, for both players. That can backfire, so it suits decks that lean on spies more than the opponent does. Monsters decks also have a useful perk: after each round, one random unit of yours stays on the battlefield.
This is a Hearts of Stone card. Buy it from Dulla kh’Amanni, the Ofieri merchant at Upper Mill. Expansion cards don’t count for Collect ‘Em All.
