Fiend is a 6-strength Close Combat unit with no extra ability. Six points in one card makes it one of the better plain units the Monsters deck has. A deck needs at least 22 unit cards, so plain units like this are what keep it legal.
You can buy it from the innkeep in Arinbjorn in Skellige. One copy exists, and it counts for Collect ‘Em All.
Monsters decks also have a useful perk: after each round, one random unit of yours stays on the battlefield.
