Holger Blackhand is a 4-strength Siege unit with no ability, giving the Skellige deck some presence in its back row. A deck needs at least 22 unit cards, so plain units like this are what keep it legal.
It comes in the basic Skellige deck that Count Martin Monnier hands you at The Pheasantry in Beauclair when you sign up for the tournament or start Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here. One copy exists.
The Skellige deck has its own perk as well: at the start of round three, 2 random units from your discard pile return to the battlefield.
