Puttkammer is a strength 3 Ranged Combat unit without an ability. On its own it is a minor card, but collectors should pay attention to it.
The only seller is the merchant in Claywich, Velen. You have to free him from his cage southeast of the Boatmakers’ Hut before he will trade.
Missable: Only sold by the Claywich merchant, who must be freed from captivity first, and the encounter is known to be buggy. Save before you open the cage. Collect ‘Em All lists it among the missable cards.
