Overview
Strumpet in Distress is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, found south of the Novigrad Docks signpost in Novigrad. It is a short, comic encounter.
What happens
A hooded man appears to be threatening a prostitute. When Geralt steps in, she tells him to go away because she can handle it. Geralt can leave as asked, use Axii on the man, threaten him, or insist he can make the man leave.
Unless Geralt leaves, it quickly turns out that the two were only playing a scene to get in the mood, and the witcher has just ruined it. The dialogue changes a little depending on which option you picked.
The XP here is fixed and does not scale with level or difficulty.
