Overview
Warehouse of Woe is a secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set along the back wall of Harborside in Novigrad, almost directly north of the Loggers’ Hut. Once you accept it, stay nearby or it fails.
The quarrel
A human and a dwarf share a warehouse, and each accuses the other of putting a monster inside. A guard is losing patience. If Geralt does not help, the guard hauls both off to his captain.
The investigation
Inside is a single nekker. After killing it, Witcher Senses turn up two clues: a cage with sawed-off bars, and a large footprint Geralt thinks may be a dwarf’s.
The verdict
- Say you do not know how the monster got in, and the guard takes it to his captain.
- Mention only the cage, and the guard locks both of them up unless one confesses.
- With both clues, accuse the human or the dwarf. Accuse the human, and the dwarf later admits the man was never smart enough to plan something like this. Accuse the dwarf, and the human says he cannot wait to see him hang.
As long as the nekker is dead, the reward is the same.
