Princess Xenthia’s Sword

Princess Xenthia’s Sword is a light relic steel sword in The Witcher 3, at just 1.74, and a playful nod to Xena, the warrior princess of the TV series. Its Igni and Axii bonuses always roll the same value (2-10%), and it adds an 8% chance to stagger and a small chance to dismember.

There is no quest that hands it over. The sword is random loot, though it shows up fairly often in a few chests: a katakan-guarded chest in Kaer Gelen, a chest on the battlements of Crow’s Perch, and the chest in the interrogation room of Junior’s casino in Novigrad. Because the loot is random, there is no promise it will be in any of them in your game.

With modest Sign bonuses and a low weight, it is a handy early-to-mid game blade for a Geralt who casts Igni and Axii between attacks, and the three upgrade slots give you room to make it your own.
