Rusty Steel Sword
The Rusty steel sword is a worn-out steel blade in The Witcher 2. It deals 6-10 base damage and offers nothing else: no bonus effects and no upgrade slots, so it cannot take runes.
At a weight of 6 it is not especially light either. Next to blades such as the Robust cutlass or the Kaedweni sword, it is clearly a stopgap weapon, worth carrying only until Geralt finds any better steel sword.
