Talgar Winter
Talgar Winter is a trap in The Witcher 2 that freezes creatures caught in its area. It deals 13-20 base damage and has a high 50% chance to freeze, slowing enemies so Geralt can strike them more safely.
Traps like this are placed ahead of a fight, letting you control the battlefield. It weighs 1 and has a base value of 30 orens.
How to obtain
Talgar Winter is sold by Cedric, Earso, Isidor Quay (Chapter 2 and 3) and the arena merchant. It can also be crafted from Diagram: Talgar winter, sold by the same merchants except the arena merchant, using 2 Oil, 1 Timber and 1 Amethyst dust.
