Grandmaster Feline Boots

Grandmaster Feline Boots are the footwear of the grandmaster Cat School gear, the highest tier of the set, added with the Blood and Wine expansion. They are light armor built for fast, aggressive fighting, and their headline bonus is +11% Attack power (12% in NG+).

Compared with the Mastercrafted Feline Boots the armor rating goes from 77 to 91, and they gain an upgrade slot. Since patch 4.0 the recipe needs the mastercrafted piece, so the whole chain of Feline boots diagrams is required. The rest of the grandmaster set: armor, gauntlets, trousers.

Crafted by a grandmaster armorer at character level 40. The diagram comes from Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear, one of the hunts Lazare Lafargue starts in Master Master Master Master!. The recipe consumes the Mastercrafted Feline Boots.
