Whispess rounds out the trio of Crones: 6 strength, Close Combat, and Muster, which plays any same-name card from your deck at the same time. Keep Biting Frost in mind, though: it drops every non-hero unit in Close Combat to 1 strength, on both sides.
Buy her from the innkeep in Arinbjorn in Skellige. Just one copy exists, and since she’s from the base game, you need her for Collect ‘Em All.
Monsters decks also have a useful perk: after each round, one random unit of yours stays on the battlefield.
