The Beautiful works like a Commander’s Horn on your ranged row. It doubles the strength of all your Ranged Combat units, unless a Commander’s Horn is already on that row. In a Scoia’tael deck with lots of ranged cards, that can swing a round on its own. Every deck runs exactly one leader, and an active leader ability can only be used once per match, so timing matters. Playing Scoia’tael also lets you decide who goes first, unless both players use Scoia’tael, in which case it’s a normal coin flip.
You get it as the final reward for Gwent: Big City Players in Novigrad.
