Hjalmar is a 10-strength Ranged Combat Hero. Heroes ignore special cards, weather and abilities, so his 10 points are hard to take away. One catch: Medic cards can only revive non-hero units, so once a hero lands in the discard pile it stays there.
He comes in the basic Skellige deck that Count Martin Monnier hands you at The Pheasantry in Beauclair when you sign up for the tournament or start Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here. One copy exists.
