Riordain is a strength 1 Ranged Combat unit with no ability. It is one of the weakest cards in the Scoia’tael deck, but collectors still need it. Its main threat is Impenetrable Fog, which drops every non-hero Ranged Combat unit to 1 strength until Clear Weather is played.
There is no fixed seller for this one. It turns up as a random reward when you beat ordinary gwent players such as merchants, innkeeps and villagers, so keep challenging everyone you meet. It counts toward Collect ‘Em All.
