The Dol Blathanna Scout is a strength 6 Agile unit, so you decide whether it goes in Close Combat or Ranged Combat. Three copies of a flexible six-pointer make it a backbone card for Scoia’tael. So when Biting Frost covers Close Combat or Impenetrable Fog covers Ranged Combat, the other row is still open.
There are 3 copies. One is sold by the innkeep of the Golden Sturgeon in Novigrad, and the other two come as random rewards from gwent players. The Hearts of Stone circus merchant sells a backup.
