Stefan Skellen is the strongest Spy in the Nilfgaardian deck. You play him on the opponent’s side, where his 9 strength goes into their Close Combat row, and you draw 2 cards. Nine points is a lot to give away, so he works best in a round you are ready to lose or when you are far ahead.
There is no fixed seller for this one. It turns up as a random reward when you beat ordinary gwent players such as merchants, innkeeps and villagers, so keep challenging everyone you meet. It counts toward Collect ‘Em All.
