Anabolic Steroids
Anabolic steroids is a special potion in The Witcher 2 with a single purpose: it gives Geralt the strength to beat the Mighty Numa at arm wrestling, an opponent who uses performance enhancers himself.
It is very harsh on the body, adding 50 Toxicity, and its effect lasts only 120 seconds, so it should be taken right before the match. At a base value of 100 orens it is also pricier than ordinary potions.
