Rotfiend Guts
Rotfiend guts are a bomb in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. When used as a thrown weapon, they deal 10-40 base damage and have a 30% chance to cause Incineration, setting enemies on fire.
The wide damage range means results can vary a lot from throw to throw, but the Incineration chance adds burn damage on top of the blast. It is a handy option for softening up groups of enemies before closing in with a sword.
