The Runic armor enhancement is an upgrade in The Witcher 2 that fits into an armor upgrade slot. It adds 1 point of damage reduction and 2 points of Sign damage.
It weighs 0.2. The bonuses are modest, but for a Sign-focused Geralt it is a simple way to turn a spare armor slot into extra magical damage.
