The Cemetaur Contract

The Cemetaur Contract is a monster contract in Act V of The Witcher, tied to the refugees sheltering in the Swamp Cemetery. A desperate father in the refugees’ camp wants the cemetaurs gone and asks for five cemetaur jaws as proof, paying 250 orens for the job.

Cemetaurs are big, bony corpse-eaters, and in this chapter they are not hard to find: plenty spawn near the tower in Old Vizima, and more lurk in the Swamp Cemetery crypts. Geralt needs a cemetaur entry in his Bestiary before he can take the jaws.

Walkthrough

  1. Pick up the cemetaur contract.
  2. Make sure your Bestiary has an entry on cemetaurs.
  3. Hunt cemetaurs near the tower in Old Vizima or in the crypts of the Swamp Cemetery.
  4. Collect five cemetaur jaws.
  5. Bring the jaws to the desperate father in the refugees’ camp for your reward.
