Overview
The Nobleman Statuette is a secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, set in Novigrad. It can be done together with The Soldier Statuette if both are open. It fails if not completed before Geralt talks to Ciri about the Lodge meeting in Final Preparations.
What happens
A merchant in Gildorf, the same one who sells the lizard figurine for Of Dairy and Darkness, has a jade statuette of a nobleman that hums with odd energy. Geralt buys it and takes it to Triss.
Triss lifts the spell and the statuette becomes a living Temerian nobleman. Years ago the sorceress Coral had “compressed” him into a figurine. Grateful, he rewards Geralt and goes off to rebuild his life.
Timing
Triss has to be in Novigrad. If you have already finished Now or Never, you must wait until after Blindingly Obvious. Starting A Matter of Life and Death also puts this quest on hold for a long time.
