The Kaedweni sword is a steel sword in The Witcher 2 with 23-28 base damage. Its damage spread is narrow, so hits land with fairly consistent force, and it adds 6 points of damage reduction when Geralt blocks.
It weighs 8 but has no upgrade slots, so it cannot be improved with runes. It is a straightforward, reliable blade rather than one built around special effects.
