A wealthy Koviri nobleman who hires Geralt as a guide to capture images of wildlife for his daughter.

Count Beledal is a rich nobleman from Kovir who has made a business of importing Koviri wine. He travels with bodyguards and a curious device that records what he sees and turns it into paintings.

His travels have a touching purpose. His daughter Clarissa has been bedridden since a fall from a horse and can no longer travel, so her father captures scenes from around the world and brings them home to her. She especially loves peacocks.

In Blood and Wine

In Big Game Hunter, Beledal posts a notice asking for Geralt of Rivia by name and happily pays whatever fee the witcher asks. Geralt escorts him as he records panthers, giant centipedes and peacocks around Toussaint. Afterward the count invites him to an exhibition at Francollarts and gives him a painting of the White Wolf. From Toussaint he plans to head home through Dol Blathanna, hoping to capture sylvans.
