Temptation is a secondary quest in Act IV of The Witcher, set in the Village and the surrounding Fields. Ask the blacksmith’s wife about work and she will tell you, with some feeling, that her husband has been spending his nights frolicking with a succubus. She wants the creature driven off and needs nine handfuls of shimmering dust, which comes from the noonwraiths haunting the fields, to do it.
The moment Geralt steps out of the house, the blacksmith catches him with a counteroffer. He knows a folk spell that will put the succubus to sleep and convince his wife she is gone, and for that he needs nine handfuls of shadow dust from devourers. Whose side Geralt takes is entirely up to him, and the experience is the same either way.
