Grandmaster Wolven Gauntlets

Grandmaster Wolven Gauntlets are the hand armor of the grandmaster Wolf School gear, the highest tier of the set, added with the Blood and Wine expansion. They are medium armor built for a balanced build that mixes swordplay and Signs, and their headline bonus is +11% Sign intensity (12% in NG+).

Compared with the Mastercrafted Wolven Gauntlets the armor rating goes from 73 to 87, and they gain an upgrade slot. Since patch 4.0 the recipe needs the mastercrafted piece, so the whole chain of Wolven gauntlets diagrams is required. The rest of the grandmaster set: armor, trousers, boots.

Craft

Crafted by a grandmaster armorer at character level 40. The diagram comes from Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear, one of the hunts Lazare Lafargue starts in Master Master Master Master!. The recipe consumes the Mastercrafted Wolven Gauntlets.

Found during Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear, in the chambers under the Termes Palace Ruins in Caroberta Woods, Toussaint. The six Wolven diagrams are split between a dead witcher’s remains and his bag in the next room, behind a barrier you open with a purple ruby.
