Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon is one of the two strongest units in Witcher 3 gwent: a 15-strength Close Combat hero. She is neutral, so any deck can use her, and as a hero she’s immune to special cards, weather and abilities. Since patch 4.0 she also calls the Roach card into play, according to The Witcher wiki and players on GameFAQs.
Win her from the Scoia’tael merchant at the trading camp in the woods outside Novigrad. He’s the last opponent of Gwent: Big City Players, and you can play him on his own if Dijkstra has died.
